'been a long time since we rock and rolled' but I need to do something ! I had lost 4 stone but am back to just over 3 stone so I have signed up to a challenge to lose a stone in a month! I want to use this as inspiration with recipes and tips.
Breakfast - 1 brown roll with bacon and tomato
